From assisting them with check-in to ensuring their comfort throughout their stay, your staff truly went above and beyond. the ironing facilities in the room were a lifesaver, allowing me to effortlessly prepare our outfits for exploring the beautiful city of Istanbul. the heating and air conditioning were perfectly controlled, creating a cozy ambiance that made us feel right at home. the tea and coffee facilities added a touch of warmth to our mornings, while the mini-bar stocked with a variety of refreshments was a delightful treat after a day of sightseeing. the sitting area provided a comfortable space for us to unwind and relax, offering stunning views of the city that we enjoyed from the terrace. the meticulous care taken to ensure soundproofed rooms allowed us to enjoy peaceful nights of rest, undisturbed by any outside noise.
